# 任务: blog-app 前后端现状分析 + 优化/重构方案

## Goal
分析 ~/opencode-blog-showcase/blog-app 的前后端代码现状, 给出**优化方案** + **重构方案** 两份独立报告.
不需要写代码, 不需要改文件. **纯分析 + 方案文档**.

## 项目现状 (已知背景, 不需要重新确认)
- Flask 单文件 app.py (~693 行)

Wrote 2 reports under ~/opencode-blog-showcase/docs/analysis/: optimization-report.md (108 lines, 8 OPT items with path:line citations, current/future/blast-radius/risk per item) and refactoring-report.md (260 lines, 4-stage progressive roadmap, each stage goal/scope/payoff/risk/verify). Executive summaries <=5 lines each with top-3 picks. Full read of app.py 693 lines + 2 scripts + 7 templates + 3 JS + 1 CSS verified. Bonus finding: app.py:279 references projects.starred column that does not exist in schema (silent bug in _load_starred_project_names), reported but not fixed per scope.
