# 任务: hermes-dashboard 修 overview + git 化 + 文档可见 ## 背景 t_7b01dfe3 (project overview) blocked, 产物全缺. 现在补: 1. overview 功能 (project↔task 关联 + 文件改动 + /timeline 全景) 2. hermes-dashboard 自己 git init + commit + push 到 Gitea 3. 所有产物文档 (overview-demo.md + bug-fixes.md) 写到 ~/novel-workspace/docs/ 并在 dashboard 看得到 ## 必读文件 - ~/hermes-dashboard/ 全部 (24+ 文件, 现有派活链路已修好) - ~/hermes-dashboard/routes/pages.py (改 <int:task_id> 后路由定义) - ~/hermes-dashboard/services/kanban.py (读 kanban.db) - ~/hermes-dashboard/servi
