- 看到 3 个项目 (blog-app / novel-app / hermes-dashboard) + 2 个 omo 项目 (omo-config / omo-openagent-config) 的真实状态
- 每个项目下: 项目内跑过哪些 task + 每个 task 改了哪些文件 + git commit 历史 + 一键跳 Gitea 看 diff
- 全景视图: 39 个 task 时间线 + 哪个项目哪些 task

BLOCKED: omo Sisyphus subprocess (pid 3078546) exited without producing artifacts after 2+ min. hermes-dashboard/services templates routes all unchanged since 19:11; no hermes-dashboard-overview-demo.md. omo subprocess died early (12s CPU, no tool calls beyond MCP init).
