omo Sisyphus (rerun #101) completed normally (exit 0). Phase 1 (config.yaml fallbacks + test_fallback.sh) was already done by run #89. Rerun #101 added retry logic to blog-app services/analysis.py and novel-app services/llm.py, and created hermes-dashboard services/llm_health.py. Remaining work (dashboard /api/llm-health endpoint + /healthz extension + LLM Status card in dashboard.html + demo doc)

User-reported timeline display issue already resolved by upstream work (t_02222bb4 SSE/orchestration tracker). No new code changes needed.

Backend fix in services/orchestration_tracker.py:
- get_current_phase() returns both 'elapsed' (task total) and 'phase_elapsed' (since last event)
- get_full_timeline() recomputes per-event elapsed from consecutive created_at deltas, handling legacy rows

csrf-fix-verify-demo: 真实派活链路验证通过. dashboard :8092/api/dispatch + valid CSRF → t_54a46a20 ready (HTTP 200); 缺/错 CSRF → HTTP 403 JSON (非 500 HTML). CSRF 修复 (t_90d307d9) 持续生效, 全链路 dashboard UI → hermes kanban → omo-pm 打通.

curl test 2: curl https://example.com → HTTP 200 (7.54s). pipeline smoke test, no deliverable.

Dispatch demo: omo-pm session picked up the task. Body is literal 'x' with no real work, so no omo fork was made.
